Process of hot-dip galvanized wire

The main process of hot-dip galvanized wire generally includes the following key steps:

Firstly, pre-treatment is carried out, including pickling and water washing of the wire rod to remove surface impurities and rust.

Next is the fluxing treatment, allowing the wire rod surface to attach a fluxing agent to improve the galvanizing effect.

Then it enters the core hot-dip galvanizing link. The treated wire rod is immersed in high-temperature zinc liquid to form a uniform and firm zinc coating on the surface of the wire rod.

After that, cooling is carried out to solidify the galvanized layer.

Finally, take-up and subsequent inspection, packaging and other operations are performed.

Throughout the process, process parameters such as temperature, time, and fluxing agent concentration need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the quality and performance of the galvanized wire meet the requirements, such as ensuring uniform coating thickness and good adhesion. At the same time, attention should also be paid to environmental protection and safety measures in the production process.
