1. Material preparation

4. Plasticization
The PVC-coated steel wire undergoes plasticization equipment, ensuring the PVC coating and the steel wire bond closely.
5. Cooling
After wire coating, the steel wire passes through a cooling water tank to rapidly cool to a solid state.
6. Traction
The cooled barbed wire is tractioned through equipment, achieving the required length.
7. Rewinding
The tractioned barbed wire is rewound into finished products, preparing for subsequent processing.
8. Inspection
Strictly inspect the finished products to ensure quality compliance.
9. Packaging
Package the qualified barbed wire for storage and transportation.
