1. Ingredients
According to a certain ratio, PVC resin, additives, pigments and other raw materials are mixed.
2. Plasticizing
The mixed raw material is plasticized through the extruder to make it into a molten state.
3. Extrusion
The molten PVC is extruded into filaments by the extruder.
4. Cooling
The extruded PVC wire is passed through the cooling tank to cool it quickly and form a solid state.
5. Traction
The cooled PVC wire is drawn into a finished product of moderate length through the traction machine.
6. Cutting
Cut the PVC wire after traction into the appropriate length.
7. Coating plastic
Cut PVC wire through the coating plastic machine, evenly apply a layer of plasticizer on its surface.
8. Drying
The coated PVC wire is dried by the dryer to fully cure the plasticizer.
9. Inspection
Quality inspection of the produced PVC coated plastic wire to ensure that it meets the standards.
10. Packaging
The qualified PVC plastic coated wire will be packaged and ready for delivery.
